Fresno, Calif., (October 10, 2017) – The Department of Viticulture and Enology at University of California, Davis will host a two-day Pete Christensen Wine Grape Short Course on December 12-13, at the UC Davis Conference Center, 550 Alumni Lane, Davis.
The course is designed to address the production issues growers may be facing in our diverse growing regions. Topics discussed during the course will focus on three main areas including vineyard soils/site preparation and irrigation system design, achieving high efficiency production, as well as mechanical and precision viticulture.
